ONE lane has now re-opened leaving lane one closed.
Travel time is around 30 minutes.
UPDATE: 12.20pm
TWO lanes are closed on the M4 in Newport after a crash near the Brynglas tunnels.
A crash between an articulated lorry and a Corsa car have blocked two lanes of the motorway on the westbound side.
The crash happened between J26 at Malpas Road and J27 at Highcross and congestion is stretching to J24 at the Coldra.
