M4 delays as ice is removed from Brynglas tunnels
SLOW traffic is reported on the M4 this morning due to ice being removed from the roof of the Brynglas tunnels and overhead gantries.
The delays are affecting the motorway eastbound after J26 at Malpas Road and traffic officers are holding back traffic while ice is removed .

It makes no sense to travel to cardiff to go to bristol or bath you should be able to newport straight away.
There is demand for the ebbw valley service as this states:

If the railway was sorted out then perhaps there would be less congestion on the roads.

Anybody with half a brain could have made this decision twenty years ago, forget another tunnel there only fire and ice hazards,we have enough British Construction workers on the dole to build the NEW EXTENSION.
Also don't wait another 25 years before you make a decision on the 7 barrage with British Companies building that too, stop these foreign energy companies fleecing THIS country year in year out....
