Blaina man killed in Abergavenny crash
A BLAINA man was killed in a collision with two vehicles last night.
The incident happened at around 7pm on the A465 Heads of the Valleys road between the Abergavenny turn off and the Hardwick roundabout.
The collision involved the man and two vehicles, a silver Ford Focus and a black VW Passat. The pedestrian, a 46 year old man from Blaina, died at the scene.
Officers are particularly interested in speaking to anyone who may have seen a lone man, wearing dark clothing, walking in the A465 carriageway leading up to 7pm yesterday.
