A THIEF is wanted by police after breaching his licence conditions.
Lee Tutton, 29, was serving a one-year sentence for robbery after being convicted at Cardiff Crown Court in January.
He was released in March on licence but has since breached his conditions and has been recalled to prison.
Tutton is described as white, with blue eyes, short light brown hair, 5ft 11ins tall and of proportionate build.
His tongue and right and left eyebrows are pierced, and he has a squint in both eyes.
He has a Welsh dragon tattoo on his upper left arm, Chinese lettering on his right arm, and another dragon emblem tattooed on the left side of his chest.
Police believe he may be in the Newport area.
Anyone with information is asked to call Gwent Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
