Appeal after man assaulted on Pontypool tennis court
POLICE are appealing for information over an assault that took place on the tennis court on Woodfield Road, New Inn, Pontypool at approximately 7.20pm on Saturday 30th March.
A 19 year old man was playing football on the tennis court when he was approached by a group of men who assaulted him. He sustained facial injuries and required treatment at the Royal Gwent Hospital.
Officers are investigating - anyone with information is asked to call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
