A TORFAEN girl is the first of six children in the UK to find a golden ticket in a promotional pack of Haribo sweets.
Rebekah Murphy, 10, from Griffithstown, will get the experience of a lifetime when she becomes a Haribo Little Apprentice for the day.
On August 15, she and the other five winners will visit the happy world of Haribo in Pontefract, West Yorkshire.
Rebekah will be one of just a few children to enter the Haribo factory where she will meet the brand mascot Goldbear, and work with the team to taste new treats and come up with her own imaginative ideas.
She won the prize after her grandmother came across the ticket in a pack of Haribo Super Mini Mix which she had stored in her treat tin.
Rebekah said: “I was so excited when my grandma told me what I’d won.
“I can’t wait to visit the factory and am really looking forward to tasting new treats and meeting Goldbear.”
Haribo marketing manager Katy Clark said: “This really is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Very few people get to go behind the scenes at Haribo and experience the magic.”
