Newport crash closes two M4 lanes

Queueing traffic is reported for eight miles due to earlier accident involving three vehicles. Congestion is stretching back to J23a at Magor.
Travel time is around 60 minutes. All lanes have now been re-opened.
An Argus reader sent in this picture of the overturned car this afternoon on the M4 near Malpas.
The Welsh Ambulance Service said two people were taken to the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport with "minor injuries".
South Wales Fire and Rescue say one person is receiving treatment at the scene of the crash on the M4.
A CAR is reported to be on its roof after a crash involving a lorry which has closed two lanes of the M4 in Newport this afternoon.
