Body found in Severn estuary search for missing man

A MAN feared missing in the Severn Estuary near Chepstow has been found dead.
The body of the man, who is from Swindon, was discovered at 1.55pm today after the alarm was initially raised at around 11am.
His death is not being treated as suspicious and specially trained officers are supporting the man's family.
The coastguard called police at 11.10am today reporting the man who was missing from his boat which was at St Pierre Pill, near Chepstow.
Police, the coastguard and the Severn Area Rescue Association searched the area and the body was discovered in the water.
A spokeswoman for the coastguard said the boat's owner had last been seen in the late afternoon of Friday and he had agreed to meet a friend this morning.
But he had not been seen, leading to the search being launched.
