Fallen tree blocks road between Caerleon and Usk
A ROAD between Caerleon and Usk has been closed due to a fallen tree.
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service (SWFRS) were called at around 7.30pm to Usk Road, which has been closed both ways because of the fallen tree at B4236 Station Road.
Heavy winds and rain continue to batter parts of Gwent with SWFRS saying they are "inundated with calls".
