Blaenau Gwent rubbish collection dates
WITH Christmas done and dusted, Blaenau Gwent council is still reminding residents that waste and recycling collection days change over the festive period.
Christmas Day’s collection was picked up yesterday, while yesterday’s collection is being picked up today instead. Today’s collection will now be on Sunday.
On Monday and Tuesday (New Year’s Eve) it is collection as normal, but the New Year’s Day collection has been moved to the following day.
The Thursday, January 2, collection will instead be collected on Friday, while the Friday collection will be picked up on Saturday.
From Monday, January 6, all refuse and recycling collections will return to normal.
