Newport road closed due to ice and an oil spill
A ROAD in Newport was closed this morning due to ice and an oil spill.
Dewsland Park Road near Stow Hill was closed at about 9.20am and there were two police cars at the entrances to the road, at Clytha Square and Friars Road.
