Broken down lorry closes lane on M4 in Newport
ONE lane is closed on the M4 in Newport due to a broken down lorry between J28 at Tredegar Park and J27 at Highcross.
The white articulated lorry is awaiting recovery on the eastbound side and is encroaching into lane one.
