Traffic building up on M4
ONE lane of the M4 is closed and there is queuing traffic for three miles due to a broken down lorry on the M4 westbound between Junction 24 (A48/A449 Coldra) and Junction 25 (A4042/B4596 Caerleon).
Lane one has been closed for safety to allow the lorry to undergo an offside tyre change, approximately half a mile west of Junction 24.
