Broken down car causes delays on M4 in Newport
UPDATE: 8.33am
ALL lanes are now open on the M4 after a broken down car was removed.
The incident happened between at the Coldra and J25 at Caerleon.
UPDATE: 8.17am
BUSY but moving traffic in both directions on the M4 Malpas Straight Newport, at A4042, M4 junction 26, this morning.
While one lane remains closed on M4 St Julian's Hill westbound between J24, A48 Coldra and J25, A4042 Caerleon, because of a broken down car.
