JILL Evans, Plaid's Welsh MEP, has called for the UK Government to allow the Welsh and other devolved governments to have a say in who the next European commissioner should be.
She said Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland should be able to question and endorse the UK Government's preferred nominee in the devolved parliaments and assemblies.
