A WOMAN was cut free from a car by firefighters late this afternoon, following a two-vehicle collision on Chepstow Road, Raglan.
The incident happened at around 5.45pm.
One person had managed to get out of one of the vehicles, having sustained minor injuries, before fire crews arrived.
The woman, who was rescued using cutting equipment, appeared to have non-life threatening injuries, according to South Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
Crews from Malpas and Usk fire stations attended the scene.
