If you had to be stuck in a lift with someone, who would it be and why?

My goodness there are so many people. Right now maybe Vivienne Westwood, I bet she has some amazing stories to tell.

What is your biggest fear?

Quite frankly it has to be spiders. Keep them away from me at all costs otherwise there might be a scene.

Do you have any superstitions?

The only thing that gets me is a single magpie, they make me nervous. I always salute them no matter where I am or who I’m with – weird, I know.

If you could have only one song on your iPod, what would it be and why?

It’s an old school song, Maria Maria, by Santana. It always brings back so many great memories and gives me that sunny ‘I’m on holiday’ feeling. I could listen to it every day.

What’s the most expensive thing you’ve bought not including your property?

My Mulberry handbag I’ve nicknamed Bella. She’s devine and worth every penny.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

Don’t be afraid to fail. This is said often by a old university lecturer of mine who I admire a lot. So many people won’t do potentially great things because they’re are afraid of failure.

What’s your indulgence?

Oh there are a few. I’d say spa treatments, I love a good facial.

What item could you not live without?

My Lola and Me Amelia Clutch bag, of course.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be and why?

I have absoluely zero patience, unfortunately. If someone bottled and sold it they’d make a fortune from me.

Where are you next going on holiday?

I’m planning a road trip around the States. But I’ll be on a work trip to Turkey first, I’ll try and squeeze in some fun time there.
