Warning of heavy rain and flood risk for Gwent
THE Met Office have issued a yellow warning for heavy rain and thundery downpours for Gwent with a risk of flooding.
The rain is likely to develop across parts of southern England, the south Midlands and southeast Wales this afternoon, only slowly easing this evening.
