DELAYS: Queuing traffic on the Second Severn Crossing
The Second Severn Crossing is blocked because of an overturned van this afternoon.
Stationary traffic is reported westbound between J22 of the M49 and J23 of the M48.
A spokesman for South Wales Fire and Rescue said they were having top clear spilled fuel from the roadway.
