A CAR is being recovered after it crashed into railings outside the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport this afternoon.

I am surprised there hasn't been even mire crashes around that area.

The entrance/exit to the RG is an accident black spot just begging for accidents to occur.

See I'd say the opposite but only because if there's a space move, if there isn't then wait... but if you're talking about driver behaviour then yes, but that could be applied in so many places. It's a busy road, but you can't pick up speed regardless of time. Saying that, I will admit the parking and lane control inside the RGH isn't the best and people queue because they can't queue anywhere else.
