EBBW Vale artist Nathan Wyburn is celebrating after a successful launch of his first exhibition in Cardiff.
The 24-year-old artist, famous for his food portraits using the likes of pizza, cat food and marmite, displayed an “eclectic mix” of some of his latest and favourite works ahead of his debut book release at the end of the year.
The launch event for his latest exhibition 'Not that king of art' took place last Friday night at the Cardiff Story Museum and saw hundreds turn out in support.
“It was a fantastic turn out with staff including Collections Curator Arran Rees saying "It's the biggest buzz we've had around an exhibition launch!”,” Mr Wyburn said.
The exhibition is open until September 21.
The public can see the artist in residence most days as he continues to make new work and write the autobiography part of his book.
