FLOWER contests and music are among the attractions at this year’s free Caerwent Show which will take place at the village hall and playing fields on Saturday, August 16, from 11am to 7pm.
There will also be vegetable and craft competitions, children’s rides and a barbecue, as well as stalls including crafts, jams, jewellery and beauty treatments.
There will also be a bouncy castle, face painting, a barbecue and a licensed bar, plus the chance to win a weekend away for two in the raffle.
This year organisers are also offering a free plant swap, where visitors can bring along a plant and swap it for another for free. In previous years hundreds of people have attended.
