KEEP your entries coming in for our photographic competition to celebrate Newport in the wake of the Nato summit.

The South Wales Argus has teamed up with iPad artist Joseph Connor to create a work of art to celebrate the city following last week’s events.

As we revealed last week, a work of art by Mr Connor was selected by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to be given as a gift to summit delegates.

The digital work of art, created on an iPad, Celtic Approach is an atmospheric view of the Celtic Manor.

The Argus previously reported on Mr Connor’s work using the iPad which has seen him paint landmarks of the city including the Transporter Bridge.

Now Mr Connor who said he was honoured to have been chosen by the FCO, has offered to create a digital work of the winner of our mynewport competition.

All you have to do is tweet a picture of your favourite Newport scene using #mynewport and Mr Connor will pick the best.

Once he has done that he will then create a work of art based on the photograph which will then be presented to the winner.

There is plenty of time to get out there and get snapping.

The competition will close on Saturday September 27, 2014. Normal Argus rules apply.
