Broken down vehicles cause delay on M4 in Newport
SLOW traffic is reported on the M4 in Newport this morning due to two broken down vehicles.
The congestion is on the eastbound stretch between J24 at the Coldra and J23a at Magor Services.
All lanes have been re-opened, but delays are persisting.
