Firefighters tackle Risca blaze

The woman who suffered smoke inhalation was taken to hospital as a precaution.
Crews from Risca and Duffryn attended the house on Cromwell Road after the fire which broke out earlier this morning. The fire was out when the crews arrived and they left the scene at 1.15am.
UPDATE: 8.22am
A PERSON suffered from smoke inhalation after a fire in Risca during the night.
Crews administered oxygen therapy to the casualty following the fire involving a fridge freezer in Risca at 12.18am.
