TRAFFIC UPDATE: Delays on M4 at junction 26 to 28

A speed restriction of 40mph is in place on the old Severn Bridge this morning due to high winds.
UPDATE: 7.44am
Stop-start traffic is now being reported on the M4 eastbound between junction 29 at Castleton and junction 26.
There is also congestion westbound on the M4 from junction 24 The Coldra to junction 28 Tredegar Park which is causing delays.
UPDATE: 7.13am
DELAYS are possible on the M4 eastbound from junction 28 at Tredegar Park to junction 26 at Malpas due to congestion.
