CWMBRAN DEATH BLAZE: Man remains in police custody
POLICE have confirmed the 49-year-old man from Cwmbran arrested earlier this week on suspicion of murder relating to the Shakespeare Road flat fire is out of hospital and in police custody.
The man was receiving treatment at the Royal Gwent Hospital for smoke inhalation following the fire on Tuesday which claimed the life of 29-year-old Samantha Thomas.
Anyone with information relating to this incident is asked to call 101 quoting log 33 19/05/15.
