Beetroot, apple and grapefruit juice – fresh and zingy, this delicious juice is the perfect start to the day.

There’s no need to core or peel the apples – the juicer does it all for you!

Makes two glasses

You’ll need:

1 pack of vacuum packed natural cooked beetroot

2 apples

1 peeled grapefruit

What to do:

Put through a juicer.

Pour in to glasses and serve.

Sweet Eve strawberry and blackberry Clafoutis – this is a proper summer dessert, whole berries nestling in buttery cake mixture, served up with creamy crème fraiche.

Serves six

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 35 minutes

You’ll need:

a little butter for greasing

150g Sweet Eve strawberries, halved

150g blackberries

1 tbsp brandy

60g plain flour

1\2 level tsp baking powder

100g caster sugar

pinch of salt

3 large free range eggs

1\2 tsp vanilla extract

250ml single cream

icing sugar for dusting

What to do:

Preheat the oven to 180c and grease a baking dish.

In a bowl mix the strawberries and blackberries with the brandy and allow to sit.

Sift the flour into a bowl and stir in the baking powder, sugar and salt. In a separate, dish whisk the eggs, vanilla and cream together then slowly add the mix to the flour, stirring until you have a smooth batter.

Place the brandied fruit into the greased dish arranging it so that the rounded sides of the strawberries face upwards and pour the batter over the top.

Bake for 35 minutes until puffed up and golden brown. Remove from the oven, dust with the icing sugar and serve.

Sweet Eve strawberry and orange fool - blitzed strawberries, cream, Greek yoghurt, and orange juice go together to make a lighter summer dessert. Decorate the fool with whole sugared Sweet Eve strawberries for a real taste of summer.

Serves six

Preparation time: 1 hour

You’ll need:

400g Sweet Eve strawberries (with a few extra for garnish)

juice of one orange

1-2 drops of orange essence (optional)

300ml double cream

300ml thick Greek yoghurt

100g icing sugar

1 tbsp caster sugar

What to do:

Wash and chop the strawberries, keeping some aside for the garnish. Place the chopped strawberries in a bowl, roughly mash them up and fold in the orange juice and orange essence (if using) and the icing sugar.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form and then gently fold in the yoghurt and finally the strawberry mixture. Pour into six glasses and chill for at least one hour.

Just before serving, take the reserved strawberries, cut in half and roll the pointed end in the caster sugar before arranging the two halves on the top of the fool.

Celery, pear and ginger juice - give yourself a flavour and health boost with this tasty juice featuring apples, pears, celery and ginger. Plus celery is a prebiotic so can help keep bloating at bay.

You’ll need:

2 green apples

2 pears

4 sticks of celery

3cm fresh ginger

What to do:

Chop the fruit and celery into chunks. Put everything through a juicer then chill in the fridge. Stir well before serving.

Watercress, orange and kiwi juice – this healthy smoothie will get you ready for a day full of summer fun.

Serves one

Preparation time: 5 minutes

You’ll need:

50g watercress

2 kiwis, peeled and chopped

a few mint leaves, torn

juice of 1 orange or 125ml fresh orange juice

juice of 1 lime

What to do:

Place everything in a blender and whizz together. Or if you have a juicer, process the watercress, kiwi and mint together, then stir in the orange juice and lime. Pour into glasses and chill until ready to serve.
