SOME rail services have been cancelled today due to a strike by First Great Western staff.
Industrial action, the result of a dispute over the introduction of new high-speed trains, has hit routes in South Wales.
The rail company said it was running 70% of services as normal.
The following services are running in South Wales: London Paddington - Cardiff Central via Newport and Bristol Parkway: one train an hour in each direction.
Cardiff Central - Taunton via Newport. These services will only be running between Bristol Temple Meads and Taunton.
Travellers can change at Bristol Temple Meads for trains to Bristol Parkway and South Wales.
