GET ready to flex your muscles as the UK Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation is coming to St David’s Hall on Sunday, September 6.
This qualifying round is the biggest bodybuilding event in Wales, and only second behind the UKBFF British Finals. Competition will be intense throughout as the very best participants from around the UK square off in the Bodybuilding, Physique, Body Fitness and Bikini Fitness categories.
The lucky winners will then progress to the UKBFF Finals held at Nottingham’s Royal Concert Hall in October.
Athlete registration at St David’s Hall starts at 9am, whilst pre-judging begins at 11.30am.
Tickets cost £20 (plus a £2.95 ticket service charge per transaction).
