TWO men who had been charged as part of an investigation into the £20,000 heist from the Burton’s biscuits factory in Cwmbran had all charges dropped against them today.
Charges against the pair were formally discontinued at Newport Magistrates’ Court.
Meanwhile, Stephen Burrows, 36, has been charged with two counts of theft, handling stolen goods and being carried in a motor vehicle without the owner's consent.
The charges relate to the alleged theft from the factory on Ty Coch Way in June.
Burrows, of Hornby Road, Liverpool, will appear before magistrates on Friday.
