All lanes have now reopened on the M4, but there are still queues of six miles and and one hour 45 minutes on eastbound at J24 Coldra because of the accident.
Congestion is backing up to J29 A48(M)

Emergency services remain on scene at the collision on the M4.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesman said that two ambulances and a rapid response vehicle were currently in attendance.

Here's what it looks like on the M4 eastbound between J25A and 25 (Usk Bridge and Caerleon) right now.
THE main carriagewayof the M4 is closed and queueing traffic reported for for three miles due to a crash between a van and a 4X4.
The incident is on the M4 eastbound at J24 at the Coldra with congestion to J26 at Malpas Road.
Emergency services are at the scene and there is a diversion in place with drivers asked to leave the motorway via the exit slip road, around the Coldra Roundabout and re-join the motorway via the entry slip road.
