Temperatures in Gwent plummeted to -3.2C overnight, with the forecast warning of more snow, heavy in places, over the weekend.
Here are Gwent's coldest this morning:
- Abergavenny: -3.2C
- Monmouth: -2C
- Ebbw Vale: -1C
- Blackwood: -1C
- Usk: -0.4C
- Newport: 0C
UPDATE: Wed 10 Feb
AS SNOW falls in Ebbw Vale and Blaenavon overnight, there are warnings of more snow, heavy in places, for Gwent over the weekend.
The Met Office is warning of heavy snow on Saturday morning for Abergavenny and Monmouth and light snow for Ebbw Vale, Pontypool and Abertillery.
On Sunday New Inn could see heavy snow with Ebbw Vale, Abertillery and Abergavenny seeing light snow.
Temperatures will also drop from tomorrow to around 1-3C.
