Police appeal to find missing teenager one week on

Billy Edwards has been found safe and well.
POLICE want to find a teenager who went missing last week.
14-year-old Billy Edwards was reported missing on Thursday, February 4 from an address in Monmouthshire.
Billy is described as white, 5ft 3 inches tall, slim build with short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a baseball cap, hoody, with a black jacket on top and tracksuit bottoms.
Anyone with information relating to Billy’s whereabouts is asked to call 101 quoting the log number: 290 04/02/16.
