A broken down tanker is causing congestion on the M4 at Newport between junction 25 and 24.

All lanes have now been re-opened but traffic is very slow at St Julian's Hill eastbound between junction 25 for Caerleon and 24 for the Coldra.
UPDATE: 6.30am
A BROKEN down tanker is causing severe disruption on the M4 in Newport this morning.
One lane is closed on the eastbound side between junction 25 for Caerleon and junction 24 for the Coldra.
Gwent Police are dealing with the incident.
