DRIVERS are facing long delays in both directions on the M4 around Newport.
Two lanes of the eastbound carriageway were closed towards the Severn Bridge following a two-vehicle crash, which happened just after 10.30am.
All three lanes are now re-open, but traffic is still slow.
Tailbacks are being caused for about 23 miles and recovery of one of the vehicles may take some time as it is stuck in the central reservation.
Traffic is also heavy on the westbound carriageway between junctions 24 and 26.
