A LARGE crane and temporary traffic lights were causing some congestion on Clarence Place this morning.
The crane was parked outside Clarence House and was used to access the roof of the tower.
The lights were placed on the junction of Rodney Road and Clarence Place with some lanes on Newport Bridge closed.
The work is finishing at 1pm.
