I MUST admit, I don’t ever remember being bothered by cyclists in Newport City Centre. However, considering Commercial Street is supposed to be traffic free, it seems the number of vehicles using the street is increasing all the time. Either it is pedestrianised or not – if not, let us know, put in some decent, recognisable pavements and we pedestrians will be a lot safer!
