Pedestrian fined for walking through Brynglas Tunnels
A PEDESTRIAN has been issued with a fixed penalty notice after walking on the M4 motorway through the Brynglas Tunnels.
The pedestrian, who was walking on the motorway last night, claimed they were 'lost' when questioned by police.
Gwent Police safely removed the pedestrian from the tunnels. They were not injured.
