The accident between junctions 26 and 27 westbound is causing congestion back to The Coldra
THERE is congestion on the M4 westbound in Newport, between junctions 26 (Malpas) and 27 (High Cross), because of an accident.
The vehicles involved have now been moved to the hard shoulder, but slow traffic stretches back to junction 24 (Coldra).
