Police appeal for information on Newport man who breached his licence conditions
GWENT Police are looking for 33-year-old Francis Doherty who has breached his licence conditions after being been released from prison on February 4, 2016.
Francis from Newport was sentenced in November 2013, where he received a four and a half year custodial sentence.
Due to the fact that Francis, who was released on licence, has breached his licence conditions, he has been recalled to prison.
