A car spares business has bought a 15,000 sq ft unit in Crumlin for £465,000.

Your Car Spares Ltd has bought Unit 31 at Pen-Y-Fan Industrial Estate, in a move confirmed by Carter Jonas. The14,932 sq ft freehold unit was sold by Macrolux UK Ltd.

Unit 31 is a single-storey detached industrial unit, providing warehouse space, offices and ancillary accommodation. The property has good parking allocation and a loading area to the front. The self-contained site also includes an area of undeveloped land to the side of the property that could accommodate further expansion if required or an additional yard area.
