Stop-start traffic between junction 27 at High Cross and junction 26 at Malpas.

THERE are severe delays on the M4 near Newport this morning due to a crash in the early hours of this morning near High Cross.
There is currently congestion eastbound from junction 28 at Tredegar Park to junction 26 at Malpas.
All lanes are now open but traffic is continuing to build.
