PERRETT On 11th April 2017 Kelvin David aged 69 years passed peacefully, with courage and dignity, with his beloved wife Lynda at his side at St Anne's Hospice. Dearly loved pops to Sarah and Rhodri, brother to Martin and grandfather to Stuart, Grace and Daisy. Funeral to be held on Wednesday 3rd May, 12.00noon at Gwent Crematorium.
