Gwent Police locate and arrest Newport teen
GWENT Police have confirmed that Nyla Powell, 18, of Newport, has been located and arrested.
The teenager, who had been charged with a robbery offence, failed to appear at Cardiff Crown Court on March 29 and again on April 12, with a bench warrant issued last week.
