A HOUSE on fire in Cwmbran saw neighbours evacuated as fire crews battled the blaze for more than 90 minutes.
Crews from Malpas, Maindee and New Inn were called to the fire in Nolton Place at 1.52am.
A spokeswoman for South Wales Fire and Rescue said the fire involved the attic of an end of terrace property and no one was injured during the blaze.
She said: “On arrival crews confirmed a fire involved the attic of an end of terrace property and neighbouring homes [were] safely evacuated.
"Crews fought the fire for more than 90 mins using eight BAs, two hosereels and left the site at 3.46am.”
