PART of the Gwent coastline will go on sale tomorrow. (April 27)
More than one hundred and seventy acres of Welsh coastline between Newport and Cardiff is going under the hammer.
Part of this stunning coastline can be seen in this video of the West Usk lighthouse (which is not for sale):
The land will be sold at auction in two lots including 138 acres at Peterstone Great Wharf, Broad Street Common, Wentloog, near Newport which has a guide price of £65,000.
Paul Fosh, of Newport-based Paul Fosh Auctions, said: “The land, which is criss-crossed by drainage reens, is listed as agricultural grazing land and as such is suitable for the grazing of various livestock.”
The sale of the land will take place at the Park Inn Hotel, Llanedeyrn, at 5pm on April 27.
