Accident closes one lane of Brynglas Tunnels
UPDATE: 8.24am
ALL lanes of the M4 have now re-opened following the earlier accident between junctions 25A and 26.
Traffic remains slow however.

ONE lane of the Brynglas Tunnels is closed and causing slow traffic between junction 25A Newport and 26 Malpas following an accident.
The incident on the westbound route of the motorway, which has closed lane two, has not been helped by an earlier accident on the same side of the carriageway, but further along the road between Malpas and junction 27 Highcross.
The second incident however has been cleared and traffic is returning to normal.
