Newport under 12 school team. Do you recognise any faces?
A FORMER Newport schoolboy is hoping to reunite with team-mates from an under 12 football team.
Brian Williams, formerly of Maesglas, Newport, played for Newport under 12 school boys in the 1962/63 season.
The former Eveswell Primary School pupil has since moved to Pamplona in Spain, but is hoping to reunite with former team-mates when he visits Newport.
The team, made up of pupils from different schools, had much success, winning trophies including the Welsh Yeoman shield.
