A SEVERE weather warning has been issued for most of Wales with heavy downpours potentially leading to localised flooding.
Up to 15mm of rain could fall within an hour in some places, while other parts of the country could see 30mm could fall in two or three hours.
The MetOffice's yellow warning will remain in place until 10pm on Saturday night, when showers are expected fade away.
The Chief Forecaster added: "Some of these showers will be thundery and quite prolonged, though not on a scale of that experienced earlier this week.
"Lightning could be an additional hazard."
